Epson has a Transparency adapter available as an accessory for the 1650
scanner but does not mention the 2400. I was wondering if it will fit the
2400 as well.
Thanks in advance

Thanks for the reply and the links were most helpful. One futher question
does anyone know what templates(ie 6 x 6, 6 x 9 , 35 mm etc) come with the
TPU?
Thanks,
Paul

On the Epson 1640, the TPU covers a 4x5 area. There
are simple plastic adapters to hold 35 mm, 120 film,
and 4x5" transparencies.

The 120 film adapter has an opening of 8.3 by 5.7 cm.

Yes. That was on the Epson 1640. I can't vouch for
anything newer than that.

Honestly, there's nothing very fancy about these
adapters -- they probably cost Epson all of about
$0.10 each to make.

For all you underground photographers on a limited budget:
They said it couldn't be done, however, if you go to http://www.tom-elliott-photography.com/hp-scanner.html
you can see how did scans until I got my Microtek 5900 with an "official" transparency adapter.
Have fun,
Tom
