Canon Lide20 Copy button

Ive set up the copy button to scan directly to printer but it just brings up
software on screen then dissappears off screen after that. Scanner doesnt do
a thing....
Ive got Canon I560 printer and it works fine
Any solution?

I had that problem until I installed the ScanGear CS software, which is
Windows OS only. The problem I now have is trying to change the default
settings.
