Colors from Canon LIDE 70

I have this new LIDE 70, and it doesn't produce colors that match the
source picture. I've found where you can adjust in ScanGear, but that
is tedious. Surely someone knows a good way to match the colors?

You are talking about Color Managment. A very deep subject and a lot of
different opinions.
